By attaching your CV, writing a biographical paragraph, completing a biodata
form and designating your professional expertise, you become entered into
PCI's Talent Database. PCI makes every effort to keep candidates'
information confidential by using state of the art communications
technology. Consultants and Employees are selected by PCI based in part on the information
provided by the applicant as well as other information available to PCI.
The fact that an applicant submits information and becomes a member of PCI's
Talent Database constitutes no right or guarantee to be selected for
any type of work. PCI looks for the person best suited for an assignment,
based on criteria that reside inside and outside the database. By entering
your information into the Talent Database you are granting PCI
permission to bid your participation in future proposals; however, you will
in no way be obligated to accept a position with PCI if an award
is granted. The goal of PCI's Talent Database is to make it easier to
sign up as a potential employee or consultantand to facilitate the selection process
and communication with applicants.
